EXPLORE OUR SERVICES
Corrine Gillespie, LMT – Office Manager
Corrine has been part of the Atlantic Coast Chiropractic team since 2010 and has a lifelong connection to chiropractic care. Her experience began at age 10 after a car accident led her and her family to seek care with Dr. Mike Green at the oceanfront location. She met Dr. Mithra Green at that same office when she was 16, and his care completely changed how she moved and thought about her health.
Inspired by her mother’s massage school experience, Corrine developed an early interest in bodywork. She became a licensed massage therapist in 2014 after graduating from the Advanced Fuller School of Massage. Her years of personal chiropractic care, hands-on massage experience, and deep knowledge of movement patterns all come together at the front desk, where she helps patients understand their care, navigate insurance, and discover how massage and chiropractic can work together to support their health.
Talia Spears, LMT – Licensed Massage Therapist
A graduate of the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy, Talia began practicing in 2022. Born in Virginia and raised in Pittsburgh, she returned to her home state to launch her massage career.
Talia has a natural talent for supporting others and specializes in deep tissue, quiet relaxation, hot stone massage, and prenatal care. She’s also a strong advocate of chiropractic care and integrates it into her personal health regimen.
Katherine “Kat” Booker, LMT – Licensed Massage Therapist
Kat brings a deeply intuitive and therapeutic style to her work. A graduate of the 700-hour Cayce/Reilly School of Massage Therapy, she also holds certifications as a Holistic Health Coach and Reiki Master. Her technique blends reflexology, osteopathic, and neuromuscular elements, using stretching, traction, and range of motion to support full-body wellness.
She specializes in prenatal and deep tissue massage and has helped clients with scoliosis, chronic pain, injuries, and more. Kat regularly works with athletes, expectant mothers, and military personnel to restore mobility and reduce tension.
Kat offers a variety of services, including Reflexology, Reiki, Castor Oil Packs, Prenatal, and Deep Tissue Massage. Her work reflects a mind-body-spirit philosophy that leaves clients feeling cared for and deeply supported.
Jacqueline Zamora, LMT – Licensed Massage Therapist
Jacqueline has been a licensed massage therapist since graduating from the Edgar Cayce Reilly School of Massage. She specializes in therapeutic massage and offers deep tissue, prenatal, Swedish, and geriatric massage techniques.
In addition to reflexology, Jacqueline is expanding her knowledge with cupping therapy, which she plans to begin offering later this year. Her passion lies in helping others heal, recover, and maintain healthier lifestyles through bodywork.
Shirley Whitehurst, LMT – Licensed Massage Therapist
Shirley has been part of the Atlantic Coast Chiropractic team since 2008. She’s a graduate of the Advanced Fuller School of Massage in Virginia Beach and began chiropractic care after recovering from a serious car accident. Chiropractic remains a foundational part of her wellness routine, helping her stay active and strong as a massage therapist.
With a decade of experience as an instructor at Fuller School of Massage, Shirley taught anatomy, physiology, pathology, medical massage, and therapeutic cupping. She brings that depth of knowledge to every session, offering both medical and therapeutic massage to support injury recovery and ongoing wellness.
Adrienne Armstrong – Front Desk Receptionist
Adrienne is one of the warm and welcoming faces at the front desk. A lifelong local of Norfolk and Virginia Beach, she graduated early from Princess Anne High School in 2018 and gained experience working in a family-oriented podiatry clinic soon after.
With a solid background in patient care, scheduling, and administrative tasks, Adrienne is excited to bring her skills into the chiropractic field. Her brief experience in an orthopedic setting also sparked her interest in musculoskeletal health. She looks forward to learning more about chiropractic care and creating a smooth, positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.
Brandy Vess – Front Desk Receptionist
Brandy brings over 20 years of experience as a hairstylist and 18 years as a military spouse. After relocating from Florida to Virginia, she made a career shift into chiropractic care, inspired by her own experience with chronic neck pain.
Now part of the front desk team, Brandy enjoys helping patients feel welcome and supported. She believes deeply in the benefits of chiropractic and massage, both from personal experience and from seeing the impact on others every day.
Outside of work, Brandy enjoys cooking with her husband, Ronnie, and relaxing by the water with their Great Dane, Cringer, and spirited cat, Floppy.
Chelsea Merizalde, LMT – Licensed Massage Therapist
Chelsea is a graduate of the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy (2017) and a certified Reiki Master since 2016. Her massage approach combines deep tissue techniques with energy medicine to create a supportive healing environment for both body and mind.
Outside of her professional work, Chelsea enjoys life with her two young children and finds joy in making music.
